Native from Buenos Aires, Argentina, I studied civil engineering at the University of Buenos Aires, at same time I studied film making at Avellaneda University and with several independent filmmakers.
From 1996 to 2002, I studied fine arts with several master, between them Julio Barragán, Claudio Barragán and Alejandro Boim. I participated in several exhibitions in Argentina and Canada.
For several years I taught oil painting and drawing at the “Saidye Bronfman Centre for the Arts” in Montreal, Canada.
« It is in my immediate environment that I seek for inspiration. I paint people who surround me and their daily life, according to my own perception and installing them in atmospheres that are unique. I try to give some movement to my painting trying to create a bridge between the pictorial and film expression and leaving room for the spectator imagination.
Definitively is with oil as medium that I find the better way to express my subjects.”
